お支払い
• Please make full payment for the class at least two weeks before the class date.
• If payment is not received by the deadline, your reservation may be cancelled.
・料理教室の開催2週間前までに、受講料を全額お支払いください。
・期限までにお支払いいただけない場合、申込みを取消させていただくことがあります。

Cancellation after Payment
お支払い後の解約
• To cancel your reservation after payment, please contact us by phone or email during our office hours on business days.
• Refunds will be made to the bank account under the name of the person who made the reservation, after deducting the applicable cancellation fee and bank transfer fee.
・お支払いいただいた後に申込みを解約される場合は、事務局の営業日の営業時間内にお電話またはEメールにてご連絡ください。
・請求金額から解約手数料および振込手数料を差し引いた金額を、申込代表者名義の銀行口座に返金いたします。

Cancellation Fees
解約手数料
The cancellation fee is determined based on the number of days before the class date when your cancellation request is received:
解約のご連絡をいただいた日数により、下記いずれかの手数料を適用いたします。
1. 13 to 8 days before the class date: 20% of the course fee
開催日の13日前～8日前…開催費用の20％
2. 7 to 3 days before the class date: 40% of the course fee
開催日の7日前～3日前…開催費用の40％
3. 2 days before or on the day of the class: 100% of the course fee (no refund)
開催日の2日前～開催当日…開催費用の全額（返金なし）
