Basic Itinerary
1.Welcome & Refreshments
You'll be warmly greeted by your instructor and enjoy a welcome drink to start your experience.
2.Ramen & Gyoza Making
Learn how to make a flavorful soy sauce ramen from scratch with a dashi-based soup, handmade chashu, and soft-boiled eggs, and fold and pan-fry juicy gyoza dumplings—crispy on the outside and tender inside.
3.Mealtime
Enjoy your freshly prepared ramen and gyoza in a relaxed, friendly setting.
4.Dessert Making: Fruit Daifuku
Create a soft, chewy mochi filled with seasonal fruit—a delightful Japanese sweet.
5.Matcha Experience
Prepare and enjoy traditional matcha green tea on your own.
6.Photo Time & Farewell
Take memorable photos of your creations and the class before saying goodbye.

Cancellation Policy:

13 to 8 days before class: 20% cancellation fee

7 to 3 days before class: 40% cancellation fee
