Basic Itinerary

1. Welcome & Refreshments
You'll be warmly greeted by your instructor and enjoy a welcome drink to begin your experience.

2. Dashi & Miso Tasting
Watch a demonstration on how to make traditional dashi (Japanese soup stock), followed by a tasting session.
You'll also sample different types of miso to learn about its flavors and depth.

3. Sushi Rice & Sushi Making
Learn how to prepare sushi rice, then make two types of sushi:

  • Rolled sushi (salad makizushi)

  • Nigiri sushi (hand-formed pieces)
    Temari or hand rolls are available upon request.

4. Tasting & Mealtime
Enjoy your freshly made sushi in a relaxed, friendly setting.

5. Dessert Making: Fruit Daifuku
Make fruit daifuku, a chewy rice cake filled with fresh fruit — a delightful Japanese sweet.

6. Matcha Experience
Learn how to prepare and enjoy traditional matcha green tea.

7. Wrap-up, Souvenirs & Farewell
Take a moment to browse any souvenirs, say goodbyes, and take home warm memories of your culinary adventure.

Important Information

Class Fee (tax included):

  • Adults (12 years and older) : ¥16,500

  • Children (ages 3 to 11) : ¥16,500

  • Infants (under 3 years) : Free

Cancellation Policy:

  • 13 to 8 days before class: 20% cancellation fee

  • 7 to 3 days before class: 40% cancellation fee

  • 2 days to 1 day before class and on the day: 100% cancellation fee

Minimum Number of Participants:

  • 2 people
